Opening Hours for Late October / Early November
October 21, 2019

If you are planning your visit between Columbus Day (October 14) and Thanksgiving (November 28), most of the activities and events offered at Whiteface and the Lake Placid Olympic Sites will be unavailable as we transition into the Winter 2019/20 Season. This includes the Whiteface Veterans' Memorial Highway, which is closed for the season, and the Cloudsplitter Gondola, which will re-open at the start of the 2019/20 ski season.

You may still purchase tickets "à la carte" to the Lake Placid Olympic Museum and Olympic Center Tours during this time, and be sure to check our Activities and Events Calendar for a full list of what's available each day at the venues.
