Watch the Fireworks from the Newest View in Town
Join the holiday revelry and celebrate 4th of July in style as the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) and Centerplate host the Independence Day Celebration in the new Conference Center at Lake Placid. From the Lookout Gallery deck, you will not only enjoy our Village's amazing fireworks display paint the sky from the one of the finest views of the Adirondacks, but will have the chance to indulge in the newest cool trend in frozen desserts — liquid nitrogen ice cream!On July 4, 2011 come and enjoy delicious creamy frozen liquid nitrogen treats, fun 4th of July themed cocktails, live music from the Stoneman Blues Band, and breathtaking views of the Adirondacks and its fabulous fireworks show. The doors open to the public with festivities and cash bar beginning at 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
