Group Rules & Policies

  1. The Group Organizer agrees that at least one of its representatives will be available during the group’s stay (either in person or via telephone) to assist with the facilitation of lift ticket sales and other skier related services.
  2. The Group Organizer will be responsible for all payments payable to the NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority for lift tickets, ski lessons, equipment rentals and any other skier-related services provided to members of the Group by Whiteface Mountain.
  3. The group’s individuals will be responsible for all lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment rented to members of the Group. Optional Damage insurance will be offered to the individuals at the time of rental.
  4. Groups consist of 20 or more people. One complimentary voucher or ticket will be issued for every 20 lift tickets purchased. Rates quoted apply ONLY for qualifying groups. Whiteface Mountain reserves the right to require proof of group eligibility.
    The Group Organizer will be required to check in with Medical Services (Ski Patrol) at the beginning of the group’s visit.
  5. The Group Organizer assumes full responsibility for tickets ordered and agrees to pay the NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority in full. No refunds are available. Whiteface Mountain and the NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority are not responsible for lost or stolen lift tickets. Resale of lift tickets is unlawful and is subject to prosecution.
  6. Group agrees to make final accounting of all monies and unsold tickets no later than noon the first day of arrival. The group will not receive a refund for any unused tickets after this time.
  7. There are no refunds on partially used multi-day group tickets or injured skier group tickets.
  8. Whiteface Mountain reserves the right to limit/close operations of any facility for capacity limitations, safety and operating reasons.
  9. All deposits, payments, etc. for lodging will be handled directly between the Group and the lodging property.
  10. All group tickets are required to have the same start date.
  11. This is a legally binding contract. Your execution of this Agreement as Group Organizer constitutes an obligation and guarantee for and on behalf of the Group and its individual members. Please sign and return the agreement available below before your arrival.
