A day at Whiteface is about more than great skiing and riding. It's about enjoying your friends and family. It's about having fun and meeting challenges. It's about breathing Adirondack mountain air. It's about sharing stories over a cup of hot chocolate! At Whiteface, come in off the slopes and you'll find seven restaurants to grab a bite and relax in, on-the-spot and overnight equipment tune-ups; shopping at our ski shop and Brookside Apparel, and lots more. When you do get back out on the trails, our Ski Patrol is there for your safety. And if you have questions about Whiteface and our policies, look for our mountain hosts in the orange Whiteface jackets—they're here to help.

The Mountain Host Patrol exists to provide excellent customer service to our valued guests from the beginning of their day through the end. When you arrive at Whiteface our Hosts will guide you through our designated unloading lanes, assist you unloading your equipment, and get you on your way to enjoying your day at Whiteface as quickly as possible. Hosts lead our very popular First Tracks program on weekends and over holiday periods. Hosts are also stationed at the top of several lifts to answer any questions you may have about trail conditions and ability ratings and are available for guided tours of our mountain upon request at the Customer Service desk. Never be shy about requesting this service, we love to do it!
