Private Ski & Snowboard Lessons

Are you a newcomer to the slopes? Maybe an intermediate hoping to master the mountain? Or an all-terrain skier looking to perfect your technique? No matter your ability, the Whiteface Snowsports School offers private lessons for all ages to help you reach your skiing and riding goals. Our instructors are industry experts, passionate about what they do, and committed to developing your skills, building your confidence and challenging you with new terrain, all while having fun and at a comfortable pace. Our professional staff will accommodate up to five people per lesson for those who want to improve with friends or family.

Reservations

Reservations are strongly recommended. To speak with a reservations agent directly, please call (518) 946-2223 (option 3). Our reservations team will ensure your lesson is tailored to take your abilities to the next level. Lift tickets are not included with any of our Private Lessons. Once you've made your lesson reservation, you may purchase your lift ticket(s) online in advance or in person at the ticket window.

1 Hour Early Riser (each additional person) $75
1 Hour Private Lesson (1 person) $120

2 Hour Private Lesson (each additional person) $110
1/2 Day (3 hours / 1 person) $280
1/2 Day (3 hours / 2-5 people) $380
Full Day (6 hours / 1 person) $480
Full Day (6 hours / 2-5 people) $595

Private lessons are available starting at the Main Base Lodge (for adults) and Bear Den Lodge (for kids)

Helmet Policy

Children ages 12 and under participating in Whiteface Snowsports School programs are required to wear helmets. All rental packages include helmets. For more information on helmet safety visit Lids on Kids.
