Our world-class cross-country ski trails range over 50 km of rolling Adirondack terrain. Step into a pair skis or snowshoes, breathe in the fresh, crisp air and follow our meticulously groomed trails through the snowy woods at your own pace. What we have here is the best of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, and it's yours to explore.
If you're curious about the biathlon, the one Olympic sport that combines cross-country skiing and target shooting, come down to the range and give it a shot. You'll get a primer on gun safety and then line up against the same targets the world's best biathletes face.
We host World Cup Biathlon and Nordic Combined competitions as well as Junior Olympic events and a number of amateur races, including the famed Lake Placid Loppett, a 50- and 25-km race that's part of the American Ski Marathon Series. But we're also a recreational playground, open to anyone who wants to get on the trail and into the woods.
