Lake Placid Loppet Timing and Results
All 50km racers must meet 2 cut-off times in order to finish the race: 25km within 3 hours and 42km within 4.5 hours.To facilitate the timely publication of results, Kort-Loppet participants who finish after 1:00pm will not appear on the final results but they will still be eligible for age group awards.
Finish times will be updated on the results page throughout the race and final results will be posted as soon as they become official. Kiosks will be available at the awards banquet for competitors wishing to view their times. Paper results will be posted in the Cross Country Lodge.
Finisher Pins
Finishers in the 50km Loppet receive a gold pin while finishers in the 25km Kort-Loppet receive a silver pin. A competitor entered in the 50km who finishes after 25km receives a silver finisher pin but is not eligible for Kort-Loppet awards and will not appear on the result sheet.
