1. ELIGIBILITY: The “The Old Adirondack Inc. Whiteface Chair Survey Enter to Win” Sweepstakes is open to all US and Canadian residents who are 21 or over. Employees of Old Adirondack, the Olympic Regional Development Authority, its advertising agency, related sponsors and household members to each employee are not eligible. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. To enter, Log on to http://www.whiteface.com/chairs/ and complete the on-line survey.
4. Only one entry per person will be allowed. Multiple entries by a single person will be deleted. Each entry will be rolled into the following months drawing. Each individual is only eligible to win once in any 90 day period. All winners will be removed from future drawings.
5. Drawings will be held on or about the 1st day of each month. The first prize is to be drawn on October 1st 2007 and the end and final drawing will be September 1st 2008. The prizes must be accepted as awarded. There will be no substitutions.
6. THE PRIZES CONSIST OF: 1) One Old Adirondack Whiteface Chair (natural cedar color) each month. 2) One Old Adirondack Little Whiteface Chair (natural cedar color) each month. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, the sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among entries received prior to the impairment.
7. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to permit the principal sponsor, the Olympic Regional Development Authority, to use the name and contact information to administer the sweepstakes according to the Official Rules and to notify winners. Additionally the sponsor may use personal information to increase its membership, promote events and to market its services. Entrants who do not wish to receive communication from the sponsor may indicate their preference by clicking on the link to “unsubscribe” or by writing the Sponsor directly.
