Learn more about next month's Give Back Sunday on February 5th below.
With ski season in full swing, here's a friendly reminder of Your Responsibility Code when you're skiing and riding at Whiteface:
1. Always stay in control.
2. People ahead of you have right of way.
3. Stop in a safe place for you & others; do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
4. Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
5. Use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
6. Observe all posted signs and warnings, and keep off closed trails.
7. Know how to use the lifts safely.
For those who can't miss the freshies (and with all of this natural snow, it's totally worth it), the First Tracks program is on for the season. Participants must arrive at Guest Services suited, booted, ticketed, and ready to go by 7:45 am. Available on a first come, first serve basis on weekends and holiday periods (excluding Christmas Day); reserve your spot by calling Guest Services at (518) 946-2223 (x 310) or emailing email@example.com. Intermediate and advanced skiers/riders only.
