Mt. Van Hoevenberg Views

at the Olympic Sports Complex

Join our NYS licensed guide for a snowshoe hike departing from the Lodge and heading for the top of Mt Van Hoevenberg for amazing views of the Adirondack High Peaks. The hike travels up the famous Ladies 5km, merges with the 1932 Bobsled Track, a member of National Historic Register, before reaching the summit for a panoramic view. Brunch is served in the 1980 Start House overlooking Lake Placid, Whiteface Mt and the Bobsled Track. All snowshoers receive a logoed pack and brunch.

Your Guide: Elizabeth Lee is a New York State licensed guide with experience taking children and families into the woods. She specializes in natural history and loves to talk about the plants and animals that live on the mountain. Save 20% with your Olympic Sites Passport!
